Obs internet connection is randomly disconnected while streaming

Hi, we've been having issues with bitrate dropping to 0 when live streaming with OBS. At that point, the Stop Streaming button ceases to work as well and the only way to fix it is to restart OBS. This started when another entity that shares the same router started Livestream around the same time. When the OBS bitrate drops to 0, the internet works completely fine including YouTube where we stream on. The issue is never fixed by itself but fixes without fail when OBS is restarted. Generally, we have this issue 1~3 times within a 1.5hr session but there has been 1 occasion where it didn't occur.

sound like network issue. proper firewall (like pfsense) and proper switches, provider modem set to bridge/modem mode, seperate wlan AP
if that aint help provider issue.

hard to diagnose that via a forum tough
