OBS interface will not spawn when I start the program.

After I installed the new update OBS interface wont display. I can see it on my task bar it just won't show the application no matter what I do. I cant open it to even get log information. I can click on my task bar and right click the OBS icon and select show or hide but it doesnt do anything. I've re installed it and restarted but nothing. I'm on windows 10.
