Hello, I'm new to OBS and this forum, however, I think I've discovered a bug with the install concerning Windows 10
So I've recently started preparing to stream regularly, and decided to go with OBS. After installing and getting acclimated to the options and controls for a bit, I noticed a strange issue with my desktop. You might be aware of a common issue with Windows that has lingered since at least back to 7, where the desktop and folders don't refresh after moving, deleting or renaming files. You need to manually refresh to see the change with F5. Well this was now occurring on my system. After attempting some of the fixes suggested in other forums for the general Windows bug without success, I uninstalled the last software added, which was OBS. The issue resolved. To confirm, I reinstalled OBS and the refresh bug again was observed.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, is there a solution? Regardless, I wanted to bring this to your attention as others may have this issue without even knowing the possible cause.
Kind Regards,
Rob
