Question / Help OBS Infinite Stoping Recording

After I start a recording I select stop recording it shows 'Stopping recording' which goes on like for ever. There is no video file created. Can anyone please help me what to do?
I use OBS 20.0.1 and I record in MP4 format.

Post your obs log for one.

And stop saving directly to mp4 for another.

Record to FLV or MKV. If you record to MP4 and the recording is interrupted, the file will be corrupted and unrecoverable. If you require MP4 files for some other purpose like editing, remux them afterwards by selecting File > Remux Recordings in the main OBS Studio window.

Is this auto-config settings (by the wizard from the Tools)?

I changed some settings like the recording quality, encoder but nothing from audio. Other things are same as when it was downloaded.

Your Quick Sync encoder fails to record anything with OBS Studio. You may try to reinstall your graphic's driver or change the encoder back to Software x264.
