Question / Help OBS increasing ping by 100-200

OBS recently started increasing my ping massively when streaming. I've got very good internet (70 down 6 up) but where before I had 80~ ping playing League of Legends and streaming I now have 200. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Haven't changed settings recently or anything like that.

The only way to fix it is switch to Ethernet (Which you should do anyway, it's 20x faster) or get on a gaming network like WTFast. Your other option is to not stream.

Also, side note, I also get 400+ ping on LoL and I have 95 down 15 up with 20 ping on speed test.

I get 70ish ping when not streaming. Also, by Ethernet do you mean using a wired connection? because I already am...

Go to Settings > Broadcast Settings and enable the Minimize Network Impact option. See if that helps.
