OBS incomplete crash: breakpoint error (0x80000003)

I am clueless on this. GPU driver variants, OS versions, nothing stops this from happening. Takes a couple hours and then it goes.

System specs:
AMD Ryzen 9 5950X on X570 series motherboard, all chipset drivers current per AMD
Sapphire Radeon RX 6800XT OC, drivers current per AMD (V25.3.1)
64GB DDR4 3600Mhz (have tried downclocking to 2666Mhz, no change, passes full marching tests)
Windows 11 Pro, v23H2, OS build 22631.5126
OBS 64-bit 31.0.3

When OBS crashes, it sometimes offers the breakpoint, in other times it closes the window silently, but I end up with OBS64.exe and multiple OBS-BROWSER-PAGE.exe stuck in memory that I have to manually chase down and kill.

RAM usage never goes past 32GB full; I only have so much to assist with video production and 3D design tasks that are not done streamed.

Problem is now CONSTANT, enough that I reinstalled Windows to try to fix it... no luck.

What am I missing?

Could you please also attach the log file from the moment the crash happened.
So far the crash is happening on a browser source or custom dock. Normally this happen due to outdated or not compatible plugin / script. Sometimes is due to leftover files from some plugins.

You need to check for each and every plugin if are updated and compatible with the OBS version you're using.
Most probably one of them is causing the issue. In the case you use the plugin, you should reinstall a previous version of OBS where this plugin is compatible. If you don't use it or is not really important, remove the plugin completely if no update is available to the actual version of OBS.

Also, review and follow directions and recommendations on the analyzer:
