the images explain my issue. My OBS is on a windows 10 computer. my voice sounds fine. but apparently the sound from my tv hooked up to my Xbox that i am capturing sounds like a tin can or something. Some guy on YouTube says I need to embed the audio. What exactly is this person talking about?
What is embedding the audio mean with windows 10 computer?
How exactly do I do this?
if this is even real:
then I need this explained to me in simple step by step terms please.
please look at images of my YouTube conversation to fully understand what I am asking please.
I am using a USB studio microphone with
  1. 2.0 high speed running.
  2. Built in professional noise reduction audio decoding chip.
  3. Recording sampling rate 16 bit/48kHz
  4. High sensitivity, clear sound and low noise.
  5. With LED indicator
  6. with volume controller/ mute button switch.
  7. echo knob switch.
  8. need not install just plug and play into computer.
  9. an compatible with windows 10.
  10. it has a foam sock mic sleeve that I have on the microphone.
  11. an a pop screen filter. but I don't use that.
I'm told my voice sounds fine. its just what I'm recording from my Xbox that sounds like its in a tin can and really terrible.
So is embedding audio a real thing or was I bull shitted? an also if its real please explain how I do it then. step by step please. please look at images to better understand what i am askin.

Try to find out what really is the issue. Is it your voice that "sounds like a tin can", or is it the xbox sound that "sounds like a tin can", or is it both? Listen to your recorded stream on the streaming service you're using after you finished streaming and you will hear for yourself what your audience is complaining about.

If the xbox audio sounds like a tin can, but not the voice, check how you capture the xbox sound. This may be external or internal to your PC.

If your voice audio sounds like a tin can, but not the xbox, check how you capture your voice. This may be external or internal to your PC.

If both sounds like a tin can, check the part of the audio processing that is common to both. Usually this is within your PC - within Windows sound settings or within OBS Studio audio settings.
