OBS in Mac, Teams, Ultra low resolution

I am using OBS studio on a mac and have successfully created a number of videos for my classes.
I try to use the virtual camera and share my OBS while I am using Teams. The app on the computer cannot see the virtual camera even after it is started. But teams in my browser can see all my cameras including the virtual OBS camera. But recently it all looks good on my side. But the students see it as ULTRA low resolution.

Are there settings I need to reset to get it back to looking good? I have high-speed internet and am physically connected through a cat 7 cable directly to my router.

Poor quality in TEAMS is the result of video compression applied to the camera source. It's a TEAMS fault and you cannot control this

As a Workaround you can share a proyector from OBS in Teams using the share screen function. Video quality will be better.
