Question / Help OBS In Game FPS spikes down while streaming

Hi everyone , so my problem is that my in game FPS spikes down for like a second or two while im streaming. I usually stream LoL .

These are my computer specs (i'm using a gaming laptop) :

Nvidia Geforce 960m

8GB DDR3 RAM

Intel i7-4720HQ CPU 2.60 GHz

I don't know if this is necessary but my internet speed is 50mbit down / 4 mbit upload.

Also i can use some reccomendation for my OBS settings .

If there is any grammar mistakes i'm sorry for that my english is kinda bad :)
