Hello and preemptive apologies for any toes I step on accidentally as I'm new to the forums.
I'm trying to run a two PC setup with NDI, but simply having OBS open on my gaming PC constantly oscillates between 30% to 60% utilization on my CPU (i5-9400F). I'm on 60FPS 720p scaling bicubic. My CPU temps are fine. I've tried disabling NDI which takes the average down maybe 5 or 10 percent at best? The only thing on my scene is a display capture, but even with a completely blank scene it's still spiking at 50%. Any ideas?
