Question / Help OBS idle 10% CPU usage ?

Title says it.
When idle it's using 10% cpu. I have an elgato hd60 pro internal card but my xbox is off so no picture is coming through and it still takes 10%. Is it normal. I see people saying it only takes 1% when idle. Thanks in advance

Please post a log so we can get more insight into your issue. Does the Elgato source in OBS still show a "One moment please" screen (or similar) with a play icon? If so, while the capture card is receiving no input, it's sending its own static video to OBS, which OBS might need to decode.

Thanks I figured it out it was my webcam and the elgato. When I deactivated them it went to 1% and lower
