Question / Help OBS high load of the processor

Hello, very strongly began to load the processor in case of a stream, was earlier the % processor 7%-15% is loaded, the Encoder costs Quic Sync, in case of such encoder shan't load so strongly protsessor. gives out that, the encoder is overloaded! you bylo.pomogit it earlier to solve a problem? there are screenshots

Yes, your laptop's CPU is extremely weak. There's nothing we can do about that. You will need to lower settings in OBS if it is not working at the current resolution.

Well before, when using obs studio, the load on the CPU was 7-15%. What could have affected it?
