What do you mean my CPU is to weak? can i not use obs?
x264 is software encoding, which uses up alot of CPU to do. there are alternative hardware encoders which dont get quite as good quality yet do the job for the most part. VCE is AMDs hardware encoder solution.

When I say you have a weak CPU, I mean, http://www.cpubenchmark.net/cpu.php?cpu=AMD+A4-5300+APU

this doesn't mean you cant use OBS, just use the fork branch I linked to you above.

well regular OBS uses x264, this is software encoding done on the CPU. you have a weak CPU so therefore, when you run OBS at the settings you are using, it is going real slow.

now, the VCE build allows you to use the hardware encoder on the GPU, which will help you balance your system load better.

VCE uses hardware that is currently unused on your GPU. this hardware encoder is not as good quality but it much better than what you would get if you had to lower your quality settings on x264.

tl;dr, use this build and follow the instructions on the main page. keep in mind that there are settings not to touch, and the ones advised to change are the ones you should touch.

after you get it working, run some tests and post a logfile in that forum. I will help you there. If you dont see a response in the next day @ me and I will take a look

i read the instructions but i am confused...
Do what the instructions say. one step at a time, each step has something to install or extract. If you have doubts, install everything. the files labeled 32bit and 64bit, you only really need one so if you are unsure, just use the 32bit one.
