Question / Help OBS High Disk Read 500+ MB/s

This is using 500+ MB/s read, that doesn't seam normal to me. Also my stream is experiencing a stuttering every 5 or so seconds, could this be related? Edit: The disk read is whenever the program is open, whether streaming or not.
What I've tried:
Update from version 21 to 23.
Change Video base and output to 1280 x 720
Changing bitrate between 1500-5000 (least lag is at 2500)
Changing around elgato settings.

You were right... Thank you, feel dumb now. Made a new Scene Collection with only the Elgato and my disk read is at like 0.1MB/s. Now I just need to work on the impossible stutter issue.
