Hello, I have been running into encoding errors when I attempt to stream using OBS. When I start streaming, OBS drops around 50% of frames and CPU usage rises to about ~35%. The result is a very choppy output on Twitch unfortunately.
I've tried several different configurations, including those recommended in the "High CPU Usage/High Encoding/Taking too long to encode? Read this first!" thread. None of these solutions seem to work as I haven't managed to get the stream to drop less than 40% of the frames yet. I also tried using the settings set by the auto-configuration wizard, but they also produce the same result.
I feel like my laptop should have decent enough specs to at least be able to stream without THAT many frames dropping. I've tested it on both a wireless and wired internet connection, too. Perhaps the internet just isn't fast enough? Regardless, that doesn't explain the high CPU usage if I'm understanding all this correctly.
Here is the log (using the auto-config settings):

EDIT: Ignore the second instance message. I made sure there wasn't another OBS program running. Regardless, the problems persist even without that error message.
If anybody has any ideas, I would very much appreciate it. If it helps, I'm attempting to stream a game called Super Smash Bros for Wii U using an Elgato Game Capture.
