Question / Help OBS HELP!

I tried streaming the other day and I keep lagging a lot, so I was just wondering what I can do to prevent this. I mainly aim to stream CSGO.

Heres my PC specification:
i7-4790K CPU w/ Water cooling
16GB RAM
Asus Maximus VII Hero Motherboard
MSI GTX 970 GPU
850RM PSU

My internet speed is 50 download and 3 upload.
