Hello Bois and Girls

I cloud need some help with my streaming settings.

My internet speed is 30/30

and my pc settings:
i7-5820K
2x970
8GB 2400mhz ram

Right now i lose alot of fps ingame and i wonder how i can get the best quality for my viewers and best performance ingame

you need to post a logfile when asking a question like this or for any assistance. That being said, OBS1 does not work with crossfire..
try OBS MP and in the game capture properties select multi GPU option.

Everything looks fine except you dont need a custom buffer greater than your bitrate. Just keep it the same. i really dont know where you people get these settings from.

Just a rule of thumb when streaming, always keep the buffer = to or < the bitrate. the only reason why you'd want less is to ensure that your traffic does not go over the bitate (unnecessary in most cases)
