So, using various speed tests and a thing that measures packet loss or whatever, I'm pretty sure my upload hovers around 2.5-3mb/s. Just last week, I was able to stream at 2500kbps bitrate at 60 fps at 720p and not have any dropped frames for multiple hours. However, starting just a couple days ago, I can't seem to stream at 900kbps at 30 fps. I'm really not sure why. I turned on "Minimize Network Impact" to try and help, and it did a little bit, but not enough. Can anyone help?
