Question / Help OBS has trash frames but ingame is fine.

I'm not sure if this is just my GPU usage, but even at capped 60 fps I still have this issue, I didn't ever have this issue before but ever since I attempted a stream my first time it's totally ruined my FPS in OBS. Even uninstalling and resetting settings didn't help.

Having it in the same scene is enough to have it interfering.
