OBS has started failing to pick up in-game music or music in general.

My mic is 100% fine my voice comes in so clear, but once it picks up a music BGM or gaming music BGM it stars to stutter or buffering/skipping
All sound devices are already updated thru Device manager
My webcam/mic are builtin together perfectly on top of my monitor
My speakers are giving buzz off static in back ground if up too high ( test through camera roll) recorded BGM no skipping.
So why is OBS making it sound so chopping?
