Question / Help Obs has no HD

i had have my dads bestfriend (computer geek , uses obs ) come over and try everthing , we have had other peaple come over and check it out and all im getting is 480p , i want atleast 720p , hears my most recent log

i have tryed that , what do you think would be good to set it as?

What ever resolution you want to output and what the computer can handle. It's pretty much trial & error
