Hi, I need help because I can not start the program obs v.22.0.2. Every time a window comes out with the following message:
Woops, OBS has crashed

I attach the crash file:
https://gist.github.com/thafid/b79a87877f3a87d366259a89385fd36a

I've already tried to use the compatibility with windows 7, but it does not change nothing, OBS keeps giving me the same error.
I have an AMD radeon R5 M200 graphics card.

Thanks

This crash is caused by the AMD/AMF encoder - possibly even a memory error.

1) Make sure you don't have any Intel drivers installed - you can use a tool like DDU to clear them out.

2) Update your AMD drivers if you can.

If these don't help, you may need to delete your OBS profile (not your scene collection) to clear the encoder settings. Navigate to

%APPDATA%\obs-studio\basic\profiles\

and delete the profile in question (or move it elsewhere).

Indeed dear WizardCM, my intel (R) HD Graphics 5500 graphics card could be at the root of my problems.
In fact, by deactivating this graphic card using pereferic management, OBS works. Actually not properly. First of all I noticed that the CAD software that I use to prepare my videos, does not work more well having disabled the graphics card above, in fact it has become frighteningly slow but also OBS does not actually work properly either, because it does not capture the popo up windows that come out when you press a command if not with huge delays or even for nothing. In fact, doing some tests in this situation I got long videos because the cad has become slow and more when I describe the pop up windows, in reality the window is not seen and you only see the mousse that moves and you feel my voice but unfortunately no trace of the window I'm explaining.
