OBS has crashed, can't run the programm after installation

Hey guys, looking for help.
I installed OBS and tried to run it, but I get the same fail report everytime.
I uninstalled it and installed it again many times but still the same report.
Can anyone please explain to me why and what I have to do?
I updated my Win 8 to the newest version already.
