Obs Gui not showing when I open it up

Hi, problem is in the title, and I've done a decent amount to try to fix and nothing works, and I can't really find any useful answers online, this problem is really uncommon and no one gives a straight/meaningful answer. I've restarted my pc, closed and reopened with task manager, uninstalled and reinstalled (never deleted my personal presets though), I've installed older versions (27.1.3), newer versions (31.0.2), I've updated my drivers, I don't know what to do. I open the software and it says its running but it doesn't show up no matter what I do. Any suggestions?

Is there OBS icon in the tray (near the clocks)? Can you click it? This tray icon also can be hidden.

yes it does appear and I can click and interact with all the options shown. I can go fullscreen, I can record (only because I have it set to a keybind, but i can't change the scene since I obviously can't bring up the gui of the software) . I've only tried going fullscreen but it does not help, hitting show/hide does nothing as well. This started like 4 days ago and it was working perfectly fine but then it just started to do this. The only thing that pops up when I hit show is the stats tab that I had pop up everytime during start up.

okay Im only realizing this now because of the screenshot i took to show this, but the screen somehow loops and shows my scenes? So i took another screenshot of my entire screen and got this. I screenshot my entire screen (left side only) and i get this on the picture, the entire right side right there is not on my screen at all so Im very confused and I hope this can be fixed

Okay i figured it out i just had to move a tab over to get this little screen where all the open tabs/apps can be selected from to go split screen on and i just clicked the unclickable obs application that was hiding on the right side of my screen and it finally popped up. But unfortunately the second "ghost" screen is still there and i have no idea how to remove it so if anyone whos more technically informed than me can explain/help me get rid of it I'd GREATLY appreciate it. My main problem of obs being unavailable has been resolved so thank you Mr. SuslikV for leading me to this realization.
Edit: I do not have a second monitor/screen, only the single monitor on this pc so i have no idea whats up with gogeta2
