I have seen a similar post about the same problem, but the fix doesn't apply to me, so I am at a loss as to what to do, any help would be greatly appreciated.

This post indicates that antivirus software might be blocking.
I don't think that is the issue, because it was working before, and I haven't changed anything, but it has stopped now. The main thing that is confusing me is that on OBS itself, it is picking up my voice and showing that it is taking an input from it, but whenever I the clip and put it into Adobe Premier Pro, it picks up everything but my microphone that I told it to.

Also, if it is my antivirus, which I'm pretty certain it isn't, I wouldn't know what to check, because it doesn't deal with my microphone in anyway that I know.

The word record seems to be missing? So the recording contains all sounds but the microphone, while the microphone gives response at the Audio Mixer? Then please at the Audio Mixer go to Advanced Audio Properties (cog wheel icon) and check whether the mic is at another track.

Please also provide a log file, here's how.

I had the log in the original post, right at the bottom, but I'd be happy to attach another for you here https://obsproject.com/logs/vnZYZJSsfEtJ2Pd_

Edit:
Not sure why I screenshotted it this badly, but the order goes:
Discord
Game Audio (With a reminder of what button to press to capture it)
Mic/Aux
Sea of Thieves (For some reason I can capture this by pressing F10, So I gave it it's own track for when I play it)
This is how I have my Audio Tracks set up, so they are all on their own tracks, but now for some reason the only thing that comes up in the recordings are the sounds from discord, even though I can see that my microphone is being picked up, as well as whatever game is being captured at the time.

And this is what it looks like when a game is being captured, I'm speaking and a friend is speaking in discord.

If there is any other information that I can give you to try and help, I'd be more than happy to.

It appears that you are recording by the replay buffer functionality, correct? Could you please retry using the Record button? Make sure at Settings, Output, tab Recording that Audio Tracks 1 to 3 are being recorded.

I am recording via Replay Buffer, that is correct, although I do not see a specific thing to see which audio tracks to are being recorded

Would I need to change to Advanced Output mode to do that?

You do not need channels 4 and up, so might as well uncheck those (maybe quiet channels consume some file size).

Then please hit Start Recording and test. Try to record about a minute and if it's not succesful, please share the new log file.
