Question / Help OBS goes to 0kbs at exactly 2 hours and 3 minutes every time

I have been trying everything I could find to fix this issue as it has been on going for awhile now. I cant seem to find a fault anywhere that would be causing it, even my Twitch bandwidth tests are all green. and if I stop obs wait about 10 seconds and start it back up everything works fine once more no issue till it will do it again in the next 2 hours. Any ideas?

@NobleLegend I have been having the same problem for the past couple of months. I don't know how to fix it and I've tried everything. Literally. It seems my connection to Twitch dips every like 5 to 15 minutes. It's fine for a bit, then drops to 0 for like 3 seconds and shoots way back up to over 3000. It's super frustrating. I wasn't dealing with this at all back in August.

do I need more information then this? I have uninstalled the program and resinstalled it completely only adding back in my scenes in hopes it would fix it but to no avail.
