Question / Help OBS goes live, but Twitch does not (sudden problem)

When I hit start streaming on OBS it shows that I am live, displaying a bitrate and everything. But I don't go live on Twitch, even though Twitch Inspector shows that I am live.

This happened out of the blue--I have not had any problems up to this point. I did not change anything, and have tried reseting my stream key, computer etc.

Does anyone know what might be up?
