OBS glitching when cursor moves

1. Install the newest available version of OBS from https://obsproject.com/download
2. Run OBS as Admin. Right click on the OBS shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
3. Try Window Capture instead of Game Capture.
