Question / Help OBS giving me red light from time to time! Help!

It was fine a couple of days ago but suddenly OBS has started to give me red light every 5 minutes, it will last for 30-45secs and then just goes back to normal. Stream worked perfectly before and I have no idea why it does this. Same thing happens with xSplit. Has anyone had same kind of experiences and solved them?

I'm running with 2k bitrate, 720p and 30 fps. I'm mostly streaming World of Warcraft. I've checked my speedtest results and they seem to be just normal as before. Running with 100/10M internet.

Are you streaming to the London or Amsterdam twitch server? Because London is offline right now, and all traffic is being redirected to Amsterdam, making it very overloaded.

I'm using Stockholm at the moment, might it be overloaded as well?

Possibly...changing servers will probably still help. I've heard from some people that Frankfurt, oddly enough, is performing alright lately.
