OBS giving me an update driver message even though my drivers are up to date.

As the title suggests, I opened OBS one day and when I tried to stream, it said "Starting the output failed. Please check the log for details. Note: If you are using NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date." So I went to update my drivers with several methods and all of them were saying my video driver was up to date. So I looked on the forums here and I could only find stuff that helps people with NVENC and stuff like NVIDIA Shadowplay while I just have an AMD graphics card and the corresponding drivers. My CPU works for streaming and recording; idk if that helps. It's too bad to stream while gaming so it's not a great alternative either. I tried running it as admin and using older drivers too. I even factory reset my computer using the default drivers from the cloud recovery mode and it did the same thing. BTW this is OBS 27.0.1. So basically OBS randomly told me to update my drivers when I tried to stream but my drivers are updated and I have no idea what to do about it. Any help would be appreciated. Here's the log file.

Same here. Recently I bought myself a laptop and the amd cpu i have i pretty alright, it can run csgo and fortnite all of that. (Im showing an example what it can run). And so i wanted to record some videos because for gaming content, and when I tried, it didnt work. It showed the same error message that you had too. I tried then maybe changing the output for the video in obs settings, i went to the recording tab and changed the encoder from AMD (Hardware), to Software (256x or something). And after i did that, the error message dissapeared and it was recording, but theres always a catch when changing the encoder. When i stopped recording i went to watch the video how well did it record, and it was pretty horrible. FPS for the video was around 2fps (btw this was after the recording.) quality was the same (which means it had the quality i wanted). and third is that the sound for the video was really weird, i dont know how to explain it well but ill try to say it in words: foggy, static, and a voice like withered bonny has from fnaf (ultimate custom night, you could check his voice acting on yt). So now you can hear the pain im having and also knowing the fact theres a test for me in school i have to do which needs to be screen recorded on pc, this is critical for me to know a solution to this ptroblem. And my drivers ARENT old.

For someone who experienced this issue after an update you may solve it by going to File(upper left)>Settings>Output, under recording or streaming, you will have to change encoder from Hardware (NVENC ...) to Software (x264).
