While livestreaming today, OBS disconnected, then got stuck on reconnect attempt 1. I stopped the stream and tried to restart, but nothing happened when I clicked Start Streaming. I closed obs, but when I tried to reopen it, I was given the message that it was already running. I had to shut it down through task manager.
I came home to recreate the issue, by disconnecting from my wifi during the stream. Again, it gets stuck at "Attempting to reconnect... (attempt 1)."
If I stop the stream, I cannot start streaming again without closing obs through task manager.
I tried recreating the issue a couple of times, a few times it did exactly as it is supposed to, reconnected on 2nd attempt, after I reconnected the wifi. I'm trying to figure out what's causing it to get stuck on the first attempt. There are no crash logs.
Is this a bug? How can I avoid this issue?
I often stream from other locations and am relying on the wifi at those locations, so have very little control over their networks, unfortunately.
