Question / Help OBS gets DC'd when trying to stream

So what happens for me is when I start my stream on twitch while using OBS, a few seconds in my tv goes to snow and OBS tells me "reconnecting" for 10 seconds. Then when it does reconnect, my TV goes to snow again while still getting picture on OBS. It alternates. What do I do to fix this problem?
 
please explain how your TV is connected to OBS. Are you using it as a monitor?

Please also provide a logfile.
