Question / Help OBS Get disconnected every 59 minutes

Greetings

I managed to find many similar help request out there but still, i could not find a solution.

These regular disconnects (every 59 minutes) i have seems to be a common problem to many users, but reasons are too many to hunt down for me. I got dc only when streaming Dark Souls 3 via steam, which also disconnect as soon as OBS disconnects.

I started having this problem since a couple of weeks(i guess after some windows 10 update)...

Heres my spec:
CPU: I7 6700K 4.00 GHZ
MOTHERBOARD: ASROCK FATALITY Z170 GAMING K4
RAM: CORSAIR VENGEANCE DDR4 16GB 2133MHZ
SSD: SAMSUNG EVO SSD 500GB
VGA: MSI GEFORCE GTX 980 Ti
OS: WIN 10 home.

Drivers updated.

I tried disabling firewall and 3rd party programs related to network or other function. I tried switching twitch server and settings, varying encodings etc.

My connection works just fine and before i started to get the first disconnects started happening i could stream every game with obs-twitch-steam etc just fine.

Sounds like your internet provider is to blame.

well, it could be...but i dont get why it works just fine with download/upload/gaming/browsing etc...and it also worked fine with streaming until couple weeks ago...
