OBS Game runs fine output laggy

I used OBS for about 3 months and it recorded just fine, but about a month ago it's started completely lagging during output (game runs at 60fps) i've tried all the youtube guides, opening as administrator, going on windowed mode, reinstalling, resetting the settings, but nothing works. Does anyone know how to fix this? PS: No, I don't do streams.
 
Could you provide a log?

some things you could do(that hopefully you have not come acros)

1. Update Windows
2. Update Drivers
3. Run the Auto-Configuration Wizard
