Question / Help OBS game doesn't lags,but the video does.Why?

When I try to record a browser game named Club Penguin Rewritten,it goes well,it doesn't lag at all,but when I preview the video,it stutters and lags a lot.Can you help me out?What settings should I drop?Thanks :D This is my log:
