Question / Help OBS game capture won't identify my game (Old School Runescape)

I installed OBS on my desktop that I just formatted with a new installation of Windows 7 64-Bit.

But the only problem is that OBS won't identify my game client. I know it's capable of it because on my laptop it shows up every time.

Any suggestions?

Are you running the game as admin?
If so, are you running obs as admin?

bump. I see a bunch of these threads and no one knows how to fix it? It works on my laptop but not my desktop, All my drivers are up to date, i dont get it...
