OBS Game Capture vs Cloning Displays with HD60pro
looking for opinions here on what is better. I'm assuming cloning my 1080p display with the hd60 pro is taking up some gpu but from what I've read not much. What is the hit you take on game capture directly in obs studio? Which should I be using if I have a choice?

You should NEVER use a capture card to capture the same computer it's installed in.
Best case scenario you don't get any performance benefit.
More typical case it actually makes your system perform worse.

I was just wondering if the hd60 provides less of a strain on system resources when streaming and recording at the same time as they seem to advertise the h.264 mastercopy feature.
