Question / Help OBS Game Capture recording freezes

Hello there ! I need your help I haven't recorded gameplay over an year and I really don't know how to use OBS and I have tried many settings and I want to record video games. So in my thread I will post my log and well let you guys do what you can do best and that is helping other's including me. Thank you for reading my thread and thank you for helping.

Wow..so I can play some games that I thought my pc couldn't take but I just can't use OBS....ok well thanks Harold for your help
