Question / Help OBS game capture output file black screen.

CONTEXT
First of all, I'm new to OBS and haven't been using it for very long so I really do apologies if its super obvious what the problem is. In saying that I can't seem to figure it out. I've looked for Youtube videos other forum posts and just sat and played with settings for a while and gained nothing from it.

When I record a game capture with OBS the mp4 file it gives me has the audio but the screen is black. The preview on the OBS window shows the game and changes as I play it. It only started happening today and I don't know why I have plenty of other footage that was recorded in the same way and that works just fine.

I uploaded the latest log.

Shows as it captured properly, but you shouldn't be using multiple game capture sources. Use hotkey selection and hotkey in the game.

Also, saving directly to mp4 is strongly NOT recommended.
