OBS Game Capture Freezes when switching Screens from Game

My game capture in OBS freezes mid game when i alt tab
can i know what i can do to solve this issue :((((

I understand that by switching to windowed mode it should be fine. However it wasnt the case when i played my game it still freezes in windowed/FullScreen Mode :(((
