Question / Help OBS game capture blank screen

So I tried to add a game capture source, but instead of showing the game in preview (or even a black screen), it comes up as a blank gray screen. I am trying to stream Simcity 4 through twitch and I would like to know how to fix this ASAP.

1. Try running OBS as Administrator.
2. Remember that if the game is full screen, if you alt-tab out of it Windows stops rendering it, so OBS will only show black at those points.
