Question / Help OBS FTL 18.0.1-ftl 0.9.4 Stream Output Issue

I'm having a very weird problem. I was streaming just fine, and had to restart my OBS. Didn't change anything other than putting it in Admin Mode so that Street Fighter V can be recognized by Game Capture (a known issue).

Now, I get this error every time I click "start stream" now?

I removed the Admin Mode to see if that was the issue. My Nvidia drivers are completely up to date as well.
