OBS froze when stopping a recording

Just recorded 1h content and couldnt save the file because obs didn't stop the recording no matter what.
i have .DMP file available, can anyone help me retrieve my video?
 
if you are not seeing a video written then there is nothing to retrieve unfortunately. if you provide the log from the session I can see if it has any clues as to what may have happened.

it generated this but its a 0 byte file, how can i get this log ?
