I have windows 10 64bit, OBS 64bit 26.1.1. Logitech C922 and for voice Samson Go Mic USB microphone. I dont set up any shortcut keys to stop audio recording.
I was hoping that after reinstalation of system this problem dissapear but it is still the same. Fruequently this problem happen during mouse and keybord is not in use.
I will be grateful for suggesting a solution
Best Regards

Please post a logfile from a session where this issue occurred.

It sounds like OBS is having to add additional buffer for one of your devices; once it reaches 2000ms, the device is simply dropped. One way to address this is to make sure 'use device timestamps' and 'buffering' are both set to Off in the audio device capture settings. We'll need to see the logfile to be able to tell for certain though.

I have "Use device timestamps" off ( it was default setting after I instal OBS, I never turn off this option). I cant find "buffering" option , I can see only timestamps settings

Only solution that worked for me is:
Go To Settings > Video
Within this make sure you have same resolution for Base and Output.
I was getting the same error and got frustrated, my base resolution was 1980x1080 and Output was: 1280X750
So I changed the output to 1980x20 after validating my system screen resolution from display settings
