Question / Help OBS freezing

I haven't had any problems with OBS until now, when I try to preview or start the stream it immediately freezes and goes unresponsive.

I checked the log file and put it through the log analyzer and nothing pops up. Should I just re-install and hope it fixes it?

EDIT: I let it sit there and after about 10 minutes it finally initated the stream preview. However, when I hit stop preview it froze up again on me.

Here's the one I can access right now

I'll post the other when OBS actually shuts down and I can open it, task manager won't even close it.

EDIT: Here's the most recent one, OBS finally shut down.

I think I got it fixed, restarted computer and reinstall. So far so good.

Unfortunately not entirely sure, it seems like it's always been when you shut the stream down -- does it do it during preview?
