Question / Help OBS Freezing

So, I was streaming on Twitch and sometimes my OBS just freezed. I was streaming last night and it was working fine. I also tried to set the settings to default, but it wasn't working.

I hope someone can help me.

The a8 apu isn't powerful enough to maintain 60fps at the resolution you've chosen, let alone run a game at the same time.

Start by turning the framerate down to 30.
