obs freezing while streaming

My OBS stream is freezing while I am streaming. I am running the latest OBS update. I noticed that it freezes after around 45 minutes of live streaming. I cannot close OBS, so I end up going to the task manager to force it to close. Any suggestions?

Yes, look into any plugin you have installed on OBS if it's compatible with the version of OBS you're using.
And a log file from the moment it freezed is needed.
