Question / Help OBS Freezing While Recording

I'm trying to record an application while i'm having a Google Hangout call, and OBS keeps freezing. I have to constantly click on the preview window to make it unfreeze. I'm guessing something in my computer is too weak, but it might be something else. Here's the settings i'm using.

Update to OBS Studio.

Also, instead of taking screenshots, it's far more helpful to just upload a log per the sticky thread.
