OBS Freezing on exit or Change of Scene Collection

Hi,
I've been having an issue where by every time I exit OBS, it'll freeze, show up as not responding, and I have to click on X again I get a pop up box "OBS is not responding, close program or wait for it to close". It also happens if I'm trying to change Scene collection.
This is a new PC, and the same issue happened on my previous PC. It never used to happen.
So I don't think any of my profile should or would have a bug.

I have the very same problem using PTZ Optics 30X cameras . 2 of these cameras along with a streaming security cam for another location . when I close OBS it freezes and sometimes pops the same message . Does it all the time now as well . I have the time today to take a look at the logs etc. IN one of my logs it states : Number of memory leaks : 11 . Need to check this out as that is not good if true and not a false positive
