OBS freezing & going unresponsive before streaming

I have not streamed for a little while and Im just getting prepared to get back into it, OBS would freeze after launching and after nearly every 2 clicks for around 30 seconds. I have done a fresh install and removed all of the add-ons that I remembered having but I am still having issues, I did raise this on discord and did get some help to clear the warnings but it is still hanging after every couple of clicks
